I am formally trained and proficient in HTML/XHTML, CSS, XML, design, and writing for the Web. My experience encompasses content, functionality, navigation, promotion, metrics, creation, migration, and maintenance of Web sites.
I prefer to work by hand-coding in Notepad++ rather than using a WYSIWYG program which tends to introduce extraneous code.

Downes Elementary School PTA: My work on this site (done pro bono) includes redesigning and converting it to nearly table-free CSS and maintaining content using hand-coded HTML and MS Expression Web.
Web Site Maintenance: I updated monthly promotions and made changes to the navigation and submenus using HTML, PHP, Javascript, and Fireworks.
